Heart to Heart · Psychotherapy · Singapore
Most people react to behaviour. My work is to understand the conditions creating it.
Therapy for individuals, couples, and families. Online across Singapore, and in person when it helps.

I work with the system beneath the symptom: the pressures, the history, and the biology that shape how a person, a couple, or a family behaves.
You do not need to arrive with the right words for it. Most people come carrying something they cannot quite name: a pattern that keeps returning, a relationship that has gone quiet, a reaction that lands before the thought does.
My job is to look at that clearly, name it plainly, and help you change the conditions around it. You bring what is happening. We work out why.
Who I work with
If something has been hard to explain, you are in the right place.
I work with adults, couples, and families across Singapore, often mid-life, often carrying something that has gone on longer than they expected.
- Couples who have gone quietConflict that loops, distance that grew slowly, or a connection you want back.
- Parents under strainA child whose behaviour does not make sense, and a household running on too little.
- Individuals carrying traumaLong-standing patterns, old injuries, and reactions that arrive before you choose them.
- Families in tensionWhen the same argument keeps happening and no one can find where it starts.
- Grief and lossThe kind that does not move on a schedule, and does not ask permission first.
- Emotional exhaustionWhen you are managing everyone else and have quietly run out of room for yourself.

About
I am less interested in what you did than in what made it the only option.
I am Dr Jasmine Siang. I work with people in Singapore who are dealing with something that has not yielded to advice, willpower, or time.
My way of working is simple to describe and harder to do: I treat behaviour as information. A temper, a silence, a habit that will not break. These are rarely the problem. They are the output of a system under load. We find that system, name it honestly, and change what it is responding to.
I will not hand you platitudes. I will tell you what I see, plainly, and stay steady while we work with it.
Sessions in English. I also converse in Mandarin, Hakka, and Malay.

My approach
I look at the conditions behind behaviour, not the behaviour alone.
A child who will not sleep. A marriage that has gone quiet. A temper that arrives before the thought. These are rarely the problem.
They are the output of a system under load: biology, history, and pressure meeting at a single point, on a single ordinary evening.
So I do not start by trying to stop the behaviour. I start by finding what it is responding to, and saying it out loud, even the part nobody wants to name.
Then we change the conditions, so the behaviour finally has room to change too.
This is not family breakdown. It is three clocks of biology striking at once.

The things people usually want to know first.
How are sessions delivered?
Online as standard, which works well across Singapore and keeps things easy to schedule. Housecall or in-person sessions are considered case by case. Just ask.
How long is a session?
Around 60 minutes. That is enough time to do real work without rushing the part that matters.
What languages are available?
Sessions are conducted in English. I can also converse in Mandarin, Hakka, and Malay, which sometimes helps when family is part of the work.
How do I pay?
PayNow or credit card via Stripe. Payment is arranged after your enquiry, once a session is confirmed. There is nothing to check out on this site.
How do I book?
Send an enquiry through the form below, or message me on WhatsApp. I will reply, we will find a time, and I will share the payment details then.
Do you work with companies?
Yes. I run workshops and wellbeing programmes delivered at your venue and shaped to your team. Enquire for a quote.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. What you bring to a session stays between us, within the normal professional and legal limits. You are safe to be honest here.
What if I am in crisis right now?
This service is not for emergencies. If you are in immediate danger, call 995. If you are in crisis or thinking about suicide, reach the Samaritans of Singapore (SOS) 24-hour hotline at 1767, or CareText on WhatsApp at 9151 1767.
